White’s Apothecary, which has boutique drugstores in East Hampton, Southampton and Williamsburg in Brooklyn, has leased the former space of Taylor Rose Berry’s Harbor Books on Main Street in Sag Harbor, according to landlord Ted Seiter.

The same company that owns White’s, NYCO Corp, also has similar shops called City Chemist in Brooklyn Heights, Long Island City and the Brooklyn Dumbo neighborhood, according to its website.

Mr. Seiter said the company had signed a lease and would take over the space beginning March 1. The tenant will probably need about two months for renovations before an opening, he said.

A request to the owners for comment, delivered through an employee at the East Hampton location, was not returned by press time. The shops include a pharmacy and feature health and wellness products and beauty products and services.

Ms. Berry could not be reached at press time to comment on her search for a new location. But in an NPR “The Full Story” podcast titled “The Magic of Bookstores” and published on January 26, Ms. Berry, during an interview, said “we’ve come very close to securing a new Main Street location in Sag Harbor.” She gave no further details.
