The Mai Tai, Martini and Manhattan are more than just drinks. For Ballets with a Twist, they’re choreography.

Created by artistic director and choreographer Marilyn Klaus, “Cocktail Hour: The Show” reinvents the glamour and excitement of classic entertainment with an original mix of dance, music and costume design — with a selection of actual cocktails and mocktails, complementing the program, available in the lobby of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center on Saturday, August 25.

The performance will feature the company’s own B-Twist Orchestra performing the production’s score live.

“This pop-infused performing arts experience combines the magnetism of Hollywood’s Golden Age with a sleek 21st-century sensibility, capturing the timeless American spirit in a series of witty, sparkling vignettes,” according to a press release. “It’s high-style fun for all ages to enjoy.”

The show starts at 8 p.m. at the Westhampton Beach theater, located at 76 Main Street. Tickets range from $55 to $70. For more information, call (631) 288-1500 or visit whbpac.org.
