Proud parents Kelly and Jackson Dodds welcomed their son, Ellis Benjamin, into the world on Friday, June 12 at Stony Brook University Medical Center. Ellis was born 9lbs 15oz and 21 3/4 inches long. His birth was attended by the Stony Brook Midwives and doula Carole Perez-Montanari. Ellis has a proud big brother, two-year old Rowan, and a large loving family including seven grandparents: Barbara & Ray Connaughton, Dai Dayton, Kathy & Tom Gisbert, Jill & Richard Dodds; seven aunts, four uncles, eight cousins and his great-grandmother, Pam Dodds.
