“Voyeur” — a roaming theatrical immersion by Kate Mueth and the Neo-Political Cowgirls — banks on the desire to publicly watch the private.

And this year, audiences will do so from inside a waterfront estate in East Hampton, listed for nearly $10 million with Douglas Elliman.

In partnership with Team Michael Daly and Dean Miller Realty, the fourth installation of “Voyeur” will stage in the Grace Estates on Saturday, March 16 — with groups of 32 people moving through the home at 4:30, 6, 7:30 or 9 p.m.

Previously staged at Guild Hall in East Hampton, the Springs Blacksmith Barn and even a gallery in Berlin, this iteration examines the essence and pressure of secrets in our day-to-day existence, according to a press release. Presenting a cast of local and New York-based actors — including Josh Gladstone, Quinn Jackson, Susan Stout, Charlie Westfal, Sarah Azzara, Michael Versandi and more — this immersive experience set to music lasts 45 minutes and includes adult beverages and finger food with the ticket price.

“I have also known Kate Mueth for years, and have worked with her several times in the past, notably producing ‘Eve’ at LTV Studios and a few other immersive dance theater events,” Michael Daly said in a statement. “When walking through the house in preparation for listing, the grand and spacious layout and traditional décor of the home struck me as a perfect venue to introduce to Kate for a possible immersive event. I mentioned the idea to Dean  — the owner of the property — and he thought it was a terrific idea and, fortunately, so did Kate!

“We’re doing this as a fun way to provide a space for the super talented Kate Mueth and her Neo-Political Cowgirls immersive dance theater group,” he continued. “NPC is a non-profit theater group and Dean and I both support a wide array of non-profits.”

Tickets are $26 and advance reservations are highly recommended, as the address will be given with ticket purchase. The production is appropriate for age 12 and up, for recommended for age 16 and older. For more information, visit npcowgirls.org.
