Which one would you choose to live in: a tiny house with 350 square feet, or a 20-room mansion from the Gilded Age?
Mull over your answer during “Tiny House vs. Mansion” on Saturday, October 13, on the grounds of the Rogers Mansion, located at 17 Meeting House Lane in Southampton, which will be open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and home to a small, portable residence made by Tiny Hamptons.
“Tiny Hamptons LLC is local, family-owned business specializing in the design and construction of Tiny Homes, and will be showcasing one of their 350-square-foot houses,” according to a press release. “This home on wheels has everything from a space for a queen-sized bed to an outdoor shower and a fireplace!”
Admission is $5, or free for members and children. For more information, call (631) 283-2494 or visit southamptonhistory.org.
