With the busy summer schedule slowly slipping away, it’s an ideal time to reconnect mind, body and soul. It’s also a great time to connect with the Parrish Art Museum in a more holistic way.

Throughout October, the Parrish is offering a series of four meditation classes on Art + Meditation. Julie Sacks, founder of Vie Wellbeing, will host a fully immersive wellness experience using the Parrish’s artwork for inspiration. The classes will meet before the museum opens, on Fridays, 10 to 11 a.m. beginning October 8. The meditation classes will incorporate current exhibits for a deeper experience. Come to one class or attend all four. The sessions are earmarked for members, but membership is free for residents of the Southampton and Tuckahoe school districts, and affordable for everyone else.
