The homes are being offered through the cooperative efforts of Fairfield Southampton LLC, the Town of Southampton and the Long Island Housing Partnership. According to a release issued by the town, 280 applications were made to the Long Island Housing Partnership to be entered into the lottery. Thursday’s lottery will establish the ranking number for applicants to pursue a formal application to purchase the homes through the LIHP.
