The Ram’s Head Inn on Shelter Island will partner with JBYoga for the 2017 summer season. The 17-room inn and fine dining destination will offer outdoor yoga classes on the lawn overlooking Coecles Harbor on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m. in July and August.
Classes are open to hotel guests and the public, and can be booked on the MindBody app and at jbyogastudio.com. Drop-ins to classes are welcome, with a cost of $25 per session. Jessy Nees, a certified yoga instructor and Shelter Island resident teaches the classes. In this class, enjoy a steady vinyasa flow, breath-work and a deep savasana, while sensing the energy of surroundings on the shores of Coecles Harbor.
Jessy Nees is a 200-hour certified instructor that teaches yoga and SUP with JBYoga. JBYoga Studio in East Hampton is owned and operated by Jessica Bellofato and offers yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) classes at several locations in the Hamptons and on Shelter Island during the summer.
