The Sag Harbor Board of Historic Preservation and Architectural Review voted Thursday to set a public hearing on developer Jay Bialsky’s proposal for a three-unit condominium complex at 2 West Water Street.

The hearing will be held January 10, 2019, at 5 p.m. at the start of the board’s regular meeting in the second floor meeting room in the Sag Harbor Municipal Building at 55 Main Street.

Projects measuring more than 3,000 square feet are subject to mandatory public hearings before the BHPAR. Mr. Bialsky’s project totals just under 24,000 square feet in three separate structures, with an underground parking area, dock slips and other proposed amenities.

The Sag Harbor Planning Board will also hold a continued public hearing Thursday, December 20, at 5:30 p.m. on the site plan for the proposal at 2 West Water Street.
