A slew of fundraisers in anticipation of the 2020 presidential election are scheduled to take place in East Hampton in August.

The campaigns of Democratic presidential hopefuls Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Indiana, California Senator Kamala Harris, and Montana Governor Steve Bullock all will benefit from parties this month.

Other scheduled political fundraisers include one on Friday, August 9, for President Donald Trump at the Bridgehampton residence of luxury home builder Joe Farrell, and one for Cory Booker on August 18 at the East Hampton home of rocker Jon Bon Jovi.

Mr. Buttigieg will have three fundraisers in East Hampton — one on August 31 and two on September 1, confirmed Chris Meagher, national press secretary for his campaign, Pete for America. The August 31 event will take place at the East Hampton home of Robert Marc and Gunnar Spaulding. On September 1, a morning fundraiser will be held at the home of Deven and Monika Parekh, and an afternoon campaign will take place at the Sagaponack home of Jeffrey Seller and Josh Lehrer.

The fundraiser for Ms. Harris will be held on August 18 at the Water Mill residence of Michael and Jackie Kempner, according to a report in The New York Post. Staff at Kamala Harris For The People had not responded to repeated requests for comment and confirmation as of Monday.

Mr. Bullock is set to host a fundraiser in East Hampton on August 17, according to Galia Slayen, communications director for Bullock For President.
