Miles Jaffe Pins Solo Show

“Get to the Point” has a double meaning.

Literally, it references Miles Jaffe’s trademark, oversized pushpins in “Notes to Self” — but metaphorically, it gives a nod to the witty writings on his “Artists’ Colors” that explore iconic imagery.

This solo exhibition will open with a reception on Saturday, August 18, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Monika Olko Gallery, located at 95 Main Street in Sag Harbor.

“The new series in this show, ‘You Are Here,’ is a collection of radically enlarged classic concert tickets held up with Jaffe’s signature jumbo pushpins,” according to a press release.
