It’s the ‘Edge of Summer’ at Ashawagh Hall

“Edge of Summer,” a group show of painting, photography, sculpture and collage by 22 East End artists, will run Thursday, June 10, through Sunday, June 13, at Ashawagh Hall in Springs. An opening reception for the exhibition, which is presented by Folioeast, is Friday, June 11, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

“Edge of Summer” will feature works, both big and small, abstract and representational by contemporary artists represented by Folioeast. There will be a mix of media and styles but all with a nod to summer — light and bright and uplifting. Participating artists are Shari Abramson, Roisin Bateman, Carolyn Conrad, Michele D’Ermo, Francine Fleischer, Kurt Giehl, Jonathan Glynn, Melinda Hackett, Janet Jennings, Dennis Leri, Setha Low, Jaime Lopez, Jane Martin, Christine Matthäi, Mark Perry, Anne Raymond, Janice Stanton, Barbara Thomas, Aaron Warkov, Mark Webber, Amy Wickersham and Aurelio Torres.
