Hooked chowder.

Grab and go at Hooked — Montauk’s newest family-run take-out eatery located at 34 South Etna Avenue — while beating the summertime rush.

“Baits and Lures” include New England Clam Chowder and Manhattan Clam Chowder for $6 per bowl and $15 per quart; Kick’n Crab & Corn Chowder for $7 per bowl and $17 per quart; Lobster Bisque for an $8 bowl and $19 quart; and peel-and-eat shrimp for $10.

Snag a kale Caesar salad for $10, or the Hooked house salad and beet & baby arugula salad for $12, before dining on a lobster salad roll or “Tom Lob,” a vine-ripened tomato stuffed with lobster salad.

Art of Eating, located at 264 Butter Lane in Bridgehampton, is also jumping on the to-go menu bandwagon, serving up a new catering menu in celebration of summer.

Select starters include seared filet of beef roll ups with horseradish cream; farmstand crudités; organic heirloom tomato salsa; savory tarts with local asparagus and smoked mozzarella; sweet and sour watermelon salad; and baby organic kale salad.

Feeling a bit hungrier? Grab a black bean avocado burger with caramelized onions; Southern fried organic chicken; Spatchcock baby chicken with spring ramp and grilled lemon; or whole grilled salmon stuffed with citrus, oven-dried grapes and fresh herbs.

Sides include “The Best Broccoli Slaw;” an avocado, heirloom cherry tomato and feta salad; quinoa “Tabouli” with cucumbers, tomatoes, organic parsley and mint with light lemony dressing; and “My Mom’s Tomato Salad” with Mattituck vine ripened heirloom tomatoes, shallot, basil and olive oil.
