Select starters include seared filet of beef roll ups with horseradish cream; farmstand crudités; organic heirloom tomato salsa; savory tarts with local asparagus and smoked mozzarella; sweet and sour watermelon salad; and baby organic kale salad.
Feeling a bit hungrier? Grab a black bean avocado burger with caramelized onions; Southern fried organic chicken; Spatchcock baby chicken with spring ramp and grilled lemon; or whole grilled salmon stuffed with citrus, oven-dried grapes and fresh herbs.
