Two brothers from East Hampton face multiple drug and weapons charges after an early morning raid on their Springs-Fireplace Road home Tuesday.
According to East Hampton Town Police, Frank A. Hanna, 35, and Fernaldo A. Hanna, 31, were arrested at 6:47 a.m. after the raid, which was executed after an investigation conducted by the Suffolk County District Attorney’s East End Drug Task Force and East Hampton Town Police Department. According to police, during the execution of a court authorized search warrant, detectives seized quantities of cocaine, Oxycodone, marijuana, drug scales, packaging material, cash, a .45 cal handgun and several long guns.
Franaldo Hanna was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree and criminal possession of marijuana 2nd degree. Frank Hanna was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, criminal possession of marijuana 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 2nd degree, criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, and two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd degree.
Both men were transported to the East Hampton Town Police Department and held pending their arraignment Wednesday morning at East Hampton Town Justice Court.
