Peconic Landing announced this week that Dr. Nathanael Desire DO, CMD has been chosen as its new Medical Director. He specializes in both Internal Medicine & Geriatrics as well as Pediatrics.
In his new position, Dr. Desire will oversee individual patient care in addition to the organization’s overall medical program. Dr. Desire will be the key leader in providing innovative and person-centered care options for all Peconic Landing members.

Dr. Desire comes to the organization as the founding Physician of NAD Medical Services, a Medical Practice specializing in Primary Care, and Geriatric Medical Consultation located in the heart of Shelter Island. He has been in practice for over 15 years. He is an attending physician currently at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital and a Clinical Instructor at Stony Brook University Hopsital.
