Have yourself a merry — and delicious — Christmas Eve, the easy way.

On Christmas Eve, swing by Almond restaurant, located at 1 Ocean Road in Bridgehampton, for its 18thannual Suckling Pig Roast, served with seasonal accompaniments for $36. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Pajama Program, which provides warm pajamas and new books to children in need.

Nick & Toni’s, located at 136 Main Street in East Hampton, will also offer a la carte specials on Christmas Eve, from 5:45 to 10 p.m. — including a rock shrimp cocktail amuse, followed by beet cured salmon and avocado toast with caviar for $21, a Cioppino entrée with lobster, Dungeness crab and monk fish for $48, and chocolate and chestnut panna cotta for dessert, for $14.

Down the road, Rowdy Hall will serve a la carte holiday specials for lunch only on Christmas Eve — lobster bisque for $14, a chanterelle mushroom omelet for $16, hot butter and thyme lobster roll for $32, and pumpkin pot de crème with an oat crumble for $12.

Keep the festivities going on Christmas Day at Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor with a holiday dinner from 2 to 9 p.m. for the whole family. The menu will include lobster bisque with a truffle-lobster salad, roasted Long Island duck with roasted beets, farro pilaf and calvados sauce, pan-seared Long Island black fish with preserved heirloom tomato compote, Anson Mill’s couscous de maize and vadouvan curry oil, croissant and Christmas fruit bread pudding with caramel sauce, and other seasonal options.

For those who would rather stay in, Art of Eating has them covered. The Bridgehampton catering company will serve up a holiday to-go menu, as long as orders are placed by Thursday, December 17 — and picked up no later than 11:30 a.m. on Christmas Eve or Day at The Barn, located at 264 Butter Lane in Bridgehampton.

“Nibble All the Way” items will include baked Mecox Farm Atlantic mist en croute, organic housemade ricotta, herb crostini and three dips, sausage bites, little meatballs with Mom’s Tomato “Gravy,” little Bonac clam pies and many more.

Among the “Let’s Feast” entrées are black pepper lemon herb crusted roast baby chicken, whole roasted side of salmon filet, baked coffee orange glazed heritage ham, roasted rolled breast of Ludlow Farm turkey, porchetta, and roast cod en papillote.

Don’t forget the “Mix & Mingle” sides, like roasted asparagus with truffle butter, East End winter squashes, lemongrass broccoli, roasted Deep Roots Farm sweet potato and more.

“Sweet Treats” will include giant old school gingerbread men, housemade grape and plum Linzer cookies, Snicker Bar cake, sea salt and brown butter Krispy Treats, deconstructed plum cake, heavenly ricotta pudding, Grandma’s spritz cookies and French almond cake.
