Introducing Core Kinetics with Carrie Kremlpler, the fitness class melds boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai combinations with body weight moves and 30-second cardio spikes in a 50- to 60-minute class geared to all fitness levels.

“You control your own pace and there are either progression or regressions you can do to amp it up or tone it down,” according to group fitness manager Treacy Cotter-Villante. “It’s a fairly new class for HGC and is slowly picking up momentum. Positive feedback has been that it’s an empowering class that helps you unleash your inner badass!”
