BNB Bank Takes Gold for Long Island Customer Service

BNB Bank recently received the Gold Prize for Customer Service by the Banking Choice Awards, presented by American Business Media and Customer Experience Solutions, “a recognized leader in tracking and measuring customer experience,” according to a press release.

“Customers can choose to bank wherever they want,” Vincent M. Valvo, president and CEO of American Business Media, said in a statement. “The Banking Choice Awards determine which banks do it best.”

After thousands of banking customers are interviewed in a double-blind format, BNB triumphed over Chase, which received Silver, and First National Bank of Long Island, which took home Bronze. BNB also received the Silver prize for overall quality.

“This award is a testament to the commitment and dedication of our bankers,” Kevin M. O’Connor, president and CEO of BNB Bank, said in the release. “Each BNB banker takes the extra time to know their customers, understand their business and financial needs and deliver in a personalized way. We are very proud to have been acknowledged for customer service. It is at the heart of our mission as a community bank.”

East End Eats Fit for Father’s Day

Brunch may be the go-to for Mother’s Day, but dads across the East End want in on the action, too.

Nick & Toni’s has them covered. On Sunday, June 16, the East Hampton staple — located at 136 North Main Street — will celebrate Father’s Day with brunch and dinner a la carte specials, including Warm Buttered Lobster Buns for $32, American Wagyu Surf & Turf for $58, and Salted Chocolate Caramel Tart with cookie gelato for $16.

Fathers craving a classic steakhouse dinner should head down the road to Rowdy Hall, located at 10 Main Street, in the Parrish Mews.
