Fresno Opens Outdoor Beer Garden

Fresno, 8 Fresno Place in East Hampton, has converted its parking area and patio into an outdoor beer garden. Seatings for the beer garden will begin at 6 p.m., reservations are strongly recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 631-324-8700. Curbside pickup is still available and orders can be placed between 5 and 7:30 p.m. by calling the restaurant directly. The restaurant is currently open Thursday through Tuesday, beginning at 5 p.m., and is closed on Wednesday.

Menu items, subject to change, include chicken liver paté, salmon tartare, watermelon salad, linguine with crisp pancetta, fava beans, Balsam Farms baby arugula and ricotta, Indian red lentil dal and grilled Duroc pork loin.

The Wharf Shop Reopens to Customers

Sag Harbor’s iconic toy store, The Wharf Shop, 69A Main Street in Sag Harbor, has reopened to customers, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Patrons can still email for gift and toy suggestions and curbside pickup. Masks are required for patrons in the store and guests are asked to keep touching to a minimum to ensure a safer shopping experience.

Sunflow Opens in East Hampton

Sunflow has officially opened its doors at 55 Main Street Cove. The direct-to-consumer brand launched in May 2020 with a collection of sun chairs and accessories including the Sunrise Chair — crafted with recycled and water-resistant materials — and accessories including a sun shade, integrated beach towel, bikini bag, adjustable drink holder and dry bag. The store also features totes from artist Kerri Rosenthal, jewelry from Bohemia, Rockaway Gypsea, candles from The Commonfolk Collective and skincare from Bitchstix.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard Now Welcoming Guests

Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s Wine Stand and Tasting Room is now welcoming visitors daily, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., by reservation only. Reservations can be made at

All tables will be situated outdoors with scenes overlooking the vineyard vines. Guests will be able to order from the full menu, wine by the bottle or glass, a food selection of small plates, and seasonal specials, flights and tastings are on pause. The team has revamped safety measures to ensure all guests and employees abide by the CDC and DOH requirements.

Vineyard co-founder Joey Wölffer has opened the Beach Shack. Located at The Wine Stand, the Beach Shack offers patrons an opportunity to stop by and shop for beach necessities and unique luxe jewelry, clothing, and accessories for women. Wölffer Girls, a ready to wear tie-dye collection will also be available, a portion of sales from the collection benefit the Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center. Pieces include hoodies, T-shirts, and baby onesies, all hand tie-dyed by Ms. Wölffer’s family. Customers can also visit her Sag Harbor store, every day except Tuesday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
