The Adam Miller Group, P.C. in Bridgehampton is pleased to announce that Brian J. DeSesa, an attorney concentrating in land use, litigation and criminal law, has joined the nine-year old firm.
Mr. DeSesa, a graduate of both Providence College (BS in Business and Finance) and Nova South Eastern University’s Sheppard Broad Law Center (Juris Doctorate) joined the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor right out of law school. He entered the private law practice in 2008, when he joined the firm Edward Burke Jr., and Associates, LLC, in Sag Harbor.
“Brian is extremely knowledgeable about land use and zoning. He is also a sophisticated and seasoned litigator,” says Adam M. Miller, owner of the firm. “Here on the East End, real estate is central to our economy and Brian’s expertise is already serving our clients. That said, I can’t tell you – and I won’t – how many people call us when they have a DWI or another criminal concern. We’re very excited to have him on our team.”
Mr. DeSesa is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in New York & Eastern District Federal Court of New York.
