Slow Food East End and Noah’s Restaurant’s will be hosting a spring “Spotlight” dinner, to highlight “Slow Fish” on April 30 at 5:30 p.m. After a cocktail reception, Chef Noah Schwartz will be serving a four-course, wine pairing dinner spotlighting local and sustainably sourced seafood.

Slow Fish, a Slow Food International Campaign has launched a variety of initiatives that promote sustainable fishing, understanding the state and health of our oceans and waterways and recovering the traditional wisdom of fishing communities.

Chef Noah and his wife, Sunita, opened Noah’s in 2010. He has been lauded by Best Chefs America in 2012 and 2013. Mr. Schwartz plans his menus by season and what is available and they are focused largely on seafood.
