Hopefully Forgiven will play original music that showcases 100 years of American musical styles from bluegrass to rock, in the Parrish’s Lichtenstein Theater on Friday, May 26, at 6 p.m. Led by singer/songwriters Telly Karoussos and “Alabama Brad” Penuel, Hopefully Forgiven will also feature Benjamin Goodale on his homemade stand-up electric bass and Kevin Foran on drums. At the Parrish, they’ll play original songs that lend a modern take to styles including rock, blue grass, country western and rockabilly.

The concert will also include arrangements of covers by bands like the Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, The Band and Van Morrison. Hopefully Forgiven recently released “Soaked,” its debut EP of original songs, available on iTunes, Spotify and Pandora.

This event is $12 and free for members, children and students with advanced reservations are strongly encouraged. Friday Nights are made possible, in part, by the support of the Corcoran Group, Bridgehampton National Bank and Sandy and Stephen Perlbinder. Modern Luxury is the media sponsor of Friday Nights.
